I though the controller was eating batteries but it turns out it’s just defective. After a dozen battery changes it continues to shut off mid game ever time I use it. DON’T BOTHER WITH THIS BRAND

So first of all Ill say that this controller is super nice. Its not what I thought it was, but it is excellent for what it is. Im using this with a PC exclusively, so all of this only applies in that scenario. The receiver and controller are paired out of the box and only work with each other. The receiver will not pair with any other (original) xbox360 controllers. The controller will not pair with a real Microsoft xbox360 receiver. In fact the sync button doesnt appear to do anything but interrupt power/reset the controller and the receiver has no sync button at all. According to the instructions you can have up to 4 controllers but each controller needs its own receiver. This makes sense because windows doesnt see the connected receiver as a wireless receiver at all, it is detected as a wired controller. Any reviews here that say otherwise may have gotten a different product or something, but the instructions are explicit that you need the receiver to work and it will not pair to a xbox360 without it. Accepting this, this is physically a PERFECT copy of the 360 controller. Uses the same battery packs if you have them or want them, buttons feel identical. This is a great/cheap/easy PC controller. No audio or data port on the bottom.

I got the controller played it literally yesterday turned off my Xbox and today August 6 turned on my Xbox got into halo reach an instant stick drift My character kept on going backwards it seems like this product is just good for props

Bought as a extra controller for my daughter to play her Harry Potter games with. The buttons are crisp and it has a good weight to it. Works perfectly and the battery life seems sufficient. Would buy again

Garbage it’s an old controller that can’t even pair correctly mad I wasted my money and need to return!!
