They’re outlet covers, and they do, in fact, cover the outlets. Can’t go wrong here. Hard to write a review on this that isn’t mundane, but the seller requested, so that’s the best I’ve got :)

Have a puppy and some of our outlets are within his reach. Used similar item when my kids were babies. These work beautifully.

These outlet covers arrived two days after I ordered them. They are almost invisible, but they are opaque. Designed to be very difficult to be removed without a simple tool, they keep the people you care about safe. The slightly flexible material they are made from allows them to be removed with a simple small flat knife point or screwdriver much more easily than inflexible plastic outlet covers. A nice little bonus is that they come with a re-closeable bag to hold them when not in use.
