The pump needs improvement. I put the balloon on the needle and started pumping the air goes in the balloon and as you pull back on the handle, the air is sucked out of the balloon. After some modifications on holding the balloon on the needle, I was able inflat the balloon with speed.

very easy to use and I used it on 5 inch or smaller balloons

Work well. Due to the size I was able to blow balloons faster than the small one.
