Greater than one weekThis has definitely save us a million times. We have had a wayyyy easier time potty training with this set up in our minivan. We just have it ready to go and she tries before and after going into a store. I am convinced it has saved us from a million accidents, because it has allowed her to try while we are out and about, as often as she would try at home. Its been great on our road trips too!

> 3 dayGreat for both uses! We mainly use it when we’re out of the house but we’ve used it as both a standalone potty (on a trail at a park where we weren’t close to a bathroom) as well as in public bathrooms. If I have time in a public bathroom, I try to put down a toilet seat barrier (also purchased on Amazon) just to try to keep the bottom of the seat clean but I think this seat is way to wipe down and clean. I keep disinfecting wipes on hand when I’m out so I can wipe it down quickly before putting it away. Love that it comes with a carry bag…it’s a must for something like this but not all seats come with one. The only thing that I don’t love is that I find it a little difficult pushing the button while pulling out the legs all the way to the side (for use on a toilet) so it takes longer to do that when seconds count with little kids. I wished that I could just click the button twice and they would pop out to the right position (i.e. one click for stand-alone and two clicks for toilet). I still recommend this though because it’s sturdy, won’t pinch, fairly quick and mostly easy to set up, easy to clean and comes with a carry bag. If anyone from OXO is reading this, please consider the improvement I mentioned since second count when heading to the potty with a little one.

> 3 dayMy 3 yr old is shorter than most of her peers and isn’t able to climb onto a regular toilet without a boost. This potty is nice and low to the ground for her to manage on her own and is PERFECT for road trips and running errands. When we travel, it’s so easy to put a plastic grocery bag over the potty and have her go right in the privacy of the back of our car rather than using a nasty public restroom toilet. I recommend this for EVERY toddler or preschooler who’s semi-newly potty trained.

Greater than one weekI am SO happy with this purchase. It is seriously the best $20 Ive ever spent. I began potty training my 2.5 year old daughter 3 weeks ago and this was a LIFE SAVER. We needed to travel 2.5 hours away only 1 week after starting training. Thankfully this showed up at our door right as we were leaving for our trip! We went to my parents lakehouse. It was so nice being able to use the same potty seat for the entire trip. She used this potty at restaurants, convenient store, the lake house, and once on the side of the road! It fits in her little back pack perfectly, which is SO nice! This really helped my daughter learn to go potty in public because she was terrified of new potties at first. I hope to not have to use this travel potty in public restrooms forever but for this early potty training stage it has been a must! My daughter has gotten better and better at going potty in public, and I really feel like its bc she has had this same seat no matter where she is. Highly highly highly reccomend it! It is extremely easy to use and clean and has been stable on a wide variety of potties.

> 3 dayI like the idea of this travel potty however it is very small. My little 2 year olds bottom hardly fits on it & he refuses to use it. I’m returning it and bringing his regular potty out and about with us. He’s been very successful with potty training but just won’t go on this particular potty, and he does have 2 different ones at home so it’s not the “different” thing. I give 3 stars because perhaps other children will use it, and the idea is great.

> 3 dayVery sturdy and well-made compared to a similar product we were using before purchasing this. It is a little large to fit in the diaper bag, but it makes potty training while out and about much easier.

> 3 dayMy husband and I took a road trip to the Black Hills with our 2.5 year old who started potty training about 3 months ago. I bought this toilet to bring along in the car or carry around for hiking in our day bag. It was the best investment! We got the most use out of it to put on top of other toilets to make it more comfortable for her to go pee and poop in state park bathrooms and even national park bathrooms. Badlands National Park i got her to go poop in the bathroom that you dont want to look down in with the help of this toilet. It was also handy when we were in our hotel, restaurants or gas station bathrooms. Our kid was accident free all 5 days we were on our trip. Id say it was mostly thanks to this toilet right here! Highly recommend for traveling, it folds up nice and is easy to use. I might just keep in my car going forward and will have it for future road trips or travel.

Greater than one weekNot only is this a must for traveling (even to the park) but I found it has helped with potty training. The small size of this makes it less intimidating than a standard toilet and my son is much more likely to sit on this and wait to poop/pee than siting on a toilet, even a toilet with a kiddie seat built in.

> 3 dayThis has saved us many times. Super easy to use, store, and clean. The liners soak everything up and holds any smell until you can properly dispose! I have recommended to many mom friends!
