> 3 dayI love how easily this folds and unfolds. We can put it under a seat in the car or beneath the stroller to bring anywhere. This was by far one of our smartest, most used purchases as parents.

> 3 dayI debated buying yet another potty - we already have 2 - but having now successfully potty trained our toddler, I couldnt be happier to have this travel potty for our outings. It is sturdy and well constructed. I like that it comes with a carrying bag although its plastic and probably something youll want to throw away after a while.. I would have preferred something easy to wash and reusable. Its great for putting over a normal sized toilet when we have to use a public restroom, and also great for setting down on the sidewalk for emergencies.

03-06-2025The only reason I gave this a four star is because on certain toilets, such as small round ones, when my sons goes pee some pee goes through the crack between the rim of the potty seat and the toilet. He’s two and still learning to point down when peeing. However, it is very handy and effective for large oblong toilets, such as the ones that are in restaurants.

> 3 dayA must for potty training! Don’t know what I would do without it! I keep this in the car, take it to the beach, camping and to homes we’re visiting. When folded it is slim and fits in the travel bag provided. Make sure to get the recommended bags to go with the potty. The only feature that hasn’t worked for us is using it on a toilet with the legs opened flat. It’s a great concept, but isn’t stable and that can be alarming to a child who is still learning to use the toilet.

Greater than one weekThis seat helped us so much, my son was scared of public restrooms and once i got this seat i got him excited about it and told him it was his “outside potty” since getting this seat he started using the public restrooms, i didn’t put it on the toilet at first used it on the floor with the refillable bags which are also sturdy and boom he now sits on public restrooms thanks to this. It’s also perfect to keep in the car when no restrooms are available near by. The only negative thing i have to say is that it’s a hassle to carry around.

> 3 dayI almost made a mad dash to find a potty today, while out running errands with our 4 yr old. Then in remembered this handy dandy potty and whew! What a relief! Pop this little guy out and bam! Personal Porta-Potty. No more dirty bathrooms, awkward gas station keys, or almost made it accidents. Cant go wrong with OXO. I dont think Ive ever had a product of theirs fail. Only con is the refill bags, those are pricey. Im not willing to chance possibly leaky grocery bags though. Think Ill look for some affordable compost bags, I read in a few reviews that they are a cheaper alternative.

> 3 dayVery compact. Love the carry bag that comes with it. I like the disposable bags too. You can buy more bags to go with this brand too if you search on Amazon. I have used this on the go in the car and my two year old girl tells me more when I have it out already in the car.

> 3 dayThis little potty is amazing and a total lifesaver. I recommend it to all parents I meet starting the potty training journey. My only complaint is that I wish it came with a button to release both sides at once as it can be tricky to get everything situated in time for an emergency ( especially if you’re holding your toddler in attempts to keep them from running out the bathroom stall, while you’re one handedly trying to put it down on the toilet). We’ve used it on public toilets and also outside with success. Shes feels safe from falling in with this. Have not needed to use the poo bags yet, but it’s nice that they’re included. Times it’s saved us already within the 1 month we’ve had it: 1. At a park where the only potty available was a smelly unkept porter potty. 2. At night on a drive home we tried to stop at a gas station that “didnt have any bathrooms” (aka the guy was a creep that wouldnt let a 2 year old use a toilet- so we discreetly set this up in his parking lot). 3. On a “road trip” (aka a 1 hour drive in which toddler needed to pee when there were no restrooms at any exit in sight). 4. At playground where the bathroom was out of order and locked. Set it up by a tree far from all people and it was great. She likes peeing outside more than the toilets ( probably since there’s no automatic toilet or hand dryer noises to freak her out). All in all, Convenient and a good potty training investment so far.

> 3 dayAs a nanny with an adventurous spirit, I love to use a travel potty when potty training toddlers. Im not the type to stay home all day, even when practicing new skills, so we often spend time far away from a bathroom, or in a place with a dirty outhouse/port-a-potty. Travel potties are also great for keeping in the car for unexpected road trip needs. I used the potette potty for awhile, and did like it, but the legs are difficult to snap in and out. The Oxo tot potty is a little larger, but still fits in a standard wet bag (where I also keep spare bags, wipes, hand sanitizer, and a change of clothes). Oxo tot potty is also easy to snap to any position and the doesnt slide around under the kiddo. The seat puts kids at a comfortable position to go. Ive used the Oxo tot to potty train two different toddlers now, and its so worth the buy!
