The rubber lip needs to be a bit larger but usable and I made it work. Yes I would buy again if needed. I installed on my boat in the glove-box..

Was sort of expecting to be able to replace my cigarette lighter with this but size is different, maybe my bad :(

Works great. Just have to cut a hole into car panel precisely. I used a razor blade and just kept going over the outline I created. Tested android auto and carplay which was my biggest concern. It worked wonderfully!! Highly recommended.

This item worked flawlessly! I mounted it by my shifter and it gives a nice clean look. To keep it from spinning in its hole. I recommend having the hole shaped to fit the contours of the mount. Or using some kind of glue. My ipod connection works great and now we can connect without issue for my Uber riders!
