Great product and transaction

This bag meets the size requirements for Spirit Airlines. The main compartment is huge. The side pocket holds a sizable water bottle. The inner pockets are perfect for holding incidentals. The wheels can take a beating as well as the handle. I have faith that this luggage will last a very long time given the construction. I will follow up if it doesn’t meet expectations, but I highly doubt it.

Exactly what was expected very good product

Upon receipt of my luggage I checked all the zippers and snaps. I was leaving in a few days so I could not return and receive another in time for my trip. One snap would not resnap together/close! When retreiving my bag from the luggage carousel, the stitching on one side of the handle has broken. I have missed the return deadline so I can not return for another one or a refund.

Nice luggage unfortunately, for others input, it is not accepted as an underseat bag for United Airlines. Still I gave it a 5 star rating because it is a well designed piece of luggage. The acceptance level of bags is shrinking throughout the airline industry.

I love it..I can use it anywhere I go..no need to lift things on your shoulder..just perfect for travels anywhere..

Good material, lots of great compartments. Wish I’d gotten one with fully rotating 360 wheels, but this one is still a great choice if you don’t care about that. You can surprisingly fit a whole lot in it, but if you do, it will tilt back when the handle is fully extended. Overall a great purchase.

Im happy with this bag. It seems to be made well and will fit in the smaller overhead bins on the small planes I travel on.

Used for the first time on recent trip...worked well to be able to pull what would otherwise be a large shoulder bag. Also fit nicely under the seat in front of me for access. Now if only the airlines provided room enough to bend down to the bag all would be great. I am small framed and still had a difficult time reaching the bag.
