> 24 hourThis seems to do a good job at what it advertises. Ive heard some say that chocolate milk is equally effective but I find the flavor of this much more refreshing after a long workout than milk. Fruit punch is my favorite flavor, but I wish it wasnt quite as expensive.

> 24 hourI used this back when I was running 60+ miles a week in high school, I never noticed what it did for me. But it states it does a lot for recovery, and I am hoping that is what it will do for me while I try to get back into shape.

> 24 hourOk, the headline is a joke, but I have found that this product does help with recovery. Ive noticed that I tend to feel less fatigued on consecutive runs. The taste is great. Yes, there is sugar, but if you area an endurance athlete (who this product is intended for) then you will find that this is of little concern in terms of caloric intake. I give this four stars in terms of value for money. Its a bit pricey per serving, and there are probably cheaper alternatives you can find. But I trust this product, and dont want to consume something that is questionable.

> 24 hourMy wife and I are 58 and we started going to the gym and exercising again. Quickly we discovered our body’s don’t recover quite like they used to so we bought this recovery drink. It tastes great and we look forward to get home from the gym or spin class to have a glass. Recovery and next day soreness seems to be better.

> 24 hourI have been using Endurox for years. I am pushing 60, still in the Military and am still out road marching 12+ miles with 60lb rucksack, running for extended periods, deadlifting (new ACFT), etcetera. During/after any strenuous event/workout, I add this to my intake and it helps my muscles recover much more quickly than they would otherwise. In fact, the last ACFT / 12 miler I did I did not even feel any lactic acid soreness in my muscles. Big Fan. If you are older, try it out--as directed--you wont be disappointed.

> 24 hourIt works as described. It helps muscle recovery and does make the following day make you less sore. You will know when you workout and not use it . The next day you will know. And if you do use it. You will know it works by how you feel the next day . A bit higher in calorie than I would like

> 24 hourIve been using this recovery drink for a few years now with good success. The Tangy Orange flavor has been pretty decent as well. For some reason, this batch tastes pretty bad. There is very little tang and the orange is more like overripe banana.
