Literally only ordered this because it says compatible with 4moms play yard. Said it had the slits. No slits. Waste of time and money.

So excited this fit my “old” 4 moms pack in play. They discontinued the sheets and I have been looking for years!! Oh and they are really soft and comfy too.

Extremely unsafe. Does not have holes for Velcro straps and children can get trapped in the gaps

It is so tight on the 4moms play yard that the mat doesn’t lay flat if I have this sheet on.

Didn’t fit the pack and play mattress I have, too big

Unsafe to use since theres no place for Velcro to pass through and fit is off.
