Love the smell. It reminds me of hot coco and it is moisturizing.

I’m in love with this stuff. The lotion is thick like a body butter and can be hard to get out, but it melts within a few seconds and becomes easier to apply. Storing the bottle upside down helps. This lotion has a strong cocoa butter scent that the thinner pump lotion or jar do not have. This is the cocoa butter lotion that I remember from years ago, emphasis on the butter. I bought it for extremely dry and cracked heels. This stuff fixed that in just a few days.

So about a month ago I bought a lotion also from the Palmers cocoa butter brand and so I bought this product thinking it was going to be similar to the one that I already had, unfortunately that turned not to be true. I dont know if its a different formula or just a different type of moisturizer that I got but the lotion is very thick and doesnt spread smoothly like the ones before. Or maybe I just got a bad batch I dont know. Didnt like it, didnt like the scent,didnt like the texture and will not be buying again. I was pretty disappointed with it. Didnt work for me but maybe itll work for someone else.

So I have some kind of eczema. My hands and wrists itch horribly to the point that I cant sleep. Things that make it worse - air, water, heat, cold, dryness, lotion. It is awful. I keep reading about it and theres no real cure. Dermatologists can prescribe ointments that might or might not work. It recently started spreading up my arms too. I tried several things, everything is worse than everything else. I was able to use coconut oil somewhat successfully and then found mct oil to be somewhat more successful than the regular coconut oil. Neither of them was a cure, but most nights they did help keep the itching from being so bad it kept me awake. This has been going on for over a year. I hadnt used Palmers in many years because I hadnt really needed any lotions at all. A couple of weeks ago I decided to try it. Im already miserably itchy so having another breakout from trying another emollient is just the new normal I guess. To my amazement, I have not been itchy for 2 weeks!!! I cant even believe this nightmare is over. I keep waiting for it to come back but I have done all the things I normally do and theres no itching. I have not itched in two weeks since I started using it! Thank you so much Palmers people <3 <3 <3

My sister and I have been using Palmers products for decades. It moisturizes without being sticky and smelling like chocolate is a bonus,they do make a fragrance free. There are many products in this line,the oil being a fav,too. I recommend the butter for stretch marks. Save a buck or two,the ‘maternity’ line is the same thing. For those that don’t want or like the smell they do have a fragrance free option.

It’s soft on the skin and the moisture lasts. The scent is also sweet and I really enjoy it.

It smells wonderful, after it’s dried it’s completely non greasy and there is no residue, my elbows and hands are soft and feel so much better/ I wash my hands like 40x a day I think because of the pandemic and they were cracked and bleeding all of the time, but this simple lotion I never thought to try before all of the super expensive ones- is non greasy- works better than anything I’ve ever tried, and smells wonderful! Actually the smell reminds me of when I was a child in the 80s and 90s- it smells like those scented MY Little pony toys- or scented strawberry shortcake toys or any scented toy or doll from then lol so if you grew up in the 80s and 90s - the scent alone will bring back good memories- I’m in love now and regret spending so much money on more expensive brands, this stuff is moisturizing- immediately- non-greasy- smells great and starts up good memories lol- I am definitely in love and using this from now on- my hands were dry cracked and literally bleeding and I have super sensitive skin- this is wonderful, I highly recommend!

The pump part is rather short. It would seem that it should be longer to get a full pump of product. That is why I gave it 4 stars. The lotion itself is wonderful. Makes my skin feels replenished with moisture. Not a watered down type of lotion. Only need to use once per day. The smell is of a sweet cocoa butter and quite lovely and not overpowering. I would definitely recommend this product!
