The inside is padded to protect your laptop. There are several pocket options for organizing. The bag is stiff enough to holds its shape. The cloth is impermeable and will wipe off well. The straps are secure and I love the extra reinforcement on the handles. I chose this bag because of cute design and am extra delighted with its functional durability!!!

> 24 hourI like the fact that it stands on its own, comes in gray, and has many deep, not shallow pockets. The only thing I would like to change is the straps. I would make them adjustable so that I can hang it over my shopping cart handle...too short.

> 24 hourI have had a ton of comments about how cute this bag is. i use it for lunch items and some other things like ibuprofen bottle, and hand lotion in a tube. it holds a ton of stuff! It is a tad large and i carry things like full salad bags, chip bags and nuts and fruit so i need a pretty large bag. i had tried another brand in a smaller size but decided it was a little too small. also it was more expensive so i ordered this one! it is made of quality materials and i think it will last a while. it also has pockets inside and outside ion all 4 sides which is very nice. i am liking it more every day!
