I have been a faithful user of the Pantene Volume line for a very LONG time. They have discontinued that line in favor of this new & improved line. Well, in good faith I tried it for a couple weeks. SORRY PANTENE, THIS STUFF DOES **NOT** WORK. This new formula leaves my hair dull and super staticky and extremely flyaway...what a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. No volume, no shine, no manageability. My hair is very fine and sensitive, and I must say I settled on the Pantene Volume line after trying a LOT of others...from off the shelf to salon lines. Believe me...been there, done that. How incredibly stupid and short-sighted of Pantene to discontinue this line, and all the others. From a HUGE selection of speciality product lines, that showed they recognized that all hair types and conditions are not the same, and showed respect for consumers preferences and choices, down to only 4 sub-standard choices...well. Even the new name shows lack of respect to their consumers. Flat indeed!! I will now have to stock up on my regular Volume favorites at premium prices from elsewhere and try and find something else that works when that runs out. I am super pissed! Just one more thing that I love, discontinued once again. Once I find a new product line that works, you may rest assured that I will NEVER buy another Pantene product ever again.

After 4 years of chemotherapy, my hair is not quite as thick as it used to be. But people are always surprised by my hair because my idea of thin hair compared to theirs is quite different. This conditioner, and the shampoo, keep my now-thin hair looking luxurious. I love it.

Perhaps, I was used to seeing these same style bottles in a larger version for many years. It took me by surprise when it arrived and the size to me looked different right off the bat. It does say 12.6oz bottles. I guess, being used to seeing these Pantene Pro-V in a larger size bottle for many years will you throw you off like that. Could be, that these are specially made sized bottles for the “internet shoppers” or amazon shoppers. After all, they are 6 bottles, and imagining 6 bottles of the large Pantene Pro-V bottles you normally buy at your local grocery store will last you years... I know I was thinking this before the amazon package arrived:) The list price was $23.04 but I did use a $5 off coupon to bring the price down to $18.04 plus sales tax. Which comes out to around three dollars per bottle. Shipping was free and 2 days via my prime membership. I took pics next to can of coke so you can visualize the size comparison of these bottles. Overall the product is very good and have used this brand many times in the past. I’m gonna give this review three stars as considering everything with the smaller size and price, I would say it’s ok. I still recommend you check your local grocery store. You might find a better deal there with the larger bottles and a coupon. But hey, I tried this once and now I know to check also my local places when I next need to stock up on shampoo. Hope this helps. Update March 4, 2018: I’m giving it an extra star as the smell is actually really good.

I ordered this on the subscription and it should have had 3 bottles but only recieved one bottle. I will not order this again because if I only get one bottle the price is WAY to expensive!!

Did not like it..

This is my favorite conditioner Ive ever found. Its not runny and a ton doesnt come out in your hand which is GREAT if you have a pixie cut like mine. I dont use conditioner everyday but I might start now that I have started using this. NOTE: I tested this product for free but all opinions are my own.
