Did not print peoperly I sent it back to the manufacturer who claims to have never received the item and now I am out of 77 dollars

Does it print? yes, but only through my phone. If you just a need a printer to print a few things on black/white this printer is fine. If you need a printer to print things quickly on regular basics (daily) and not deal with any technical issues, spend your money elsewhere.

So far its functioning pretty well. I have a laptop without a drive, so I was worried that I wouldnt have luck downloading the drive, but that went smoothly. Connecting to the network went smoothly as well. It was just a simple button press on the printer and then one on the router. The mobile printing was definitely the thing that worried me the most, based on reviews. It does, in fact, work better than my old Epson printer. It finds the printer fast, and prints in just a few seconds. I will come back and update if anything fails to work properly. Right now, it does seem like everything is good to go.

I like how compac it is but what I dont like is that somethings print out too dark and you cant brighten it up..

I only use my home printer a few times a year to print out return labels, print holiday card labels, etc. So, my all-in-one inkjet printer was also so frustrating because the ink cartridges would dry up between uses. I tried to removing them when not in use but that didnt work. So, I broke down and bought this printer. I have a MacBook Pro so set up was as easy as me taking the printer out of the box and plugging it into the outlet and into my MacBook. I didnt set up wireless printing or the app because I wont be using it that much to need that. I plugged it into my MacBook and voila! I was able to print immediately. It is so nice and I am so glad that I finally decided to get a black and white laser printer for home. The only negative that I have to say after just a few days is that when I turn it on initially, it does make the lights in the room flicker as it is firing up. My house isnt that old and I dont have this problem with anything else so its definitely this that is causing it. Overall, would recommend. I just printed my holiday card labels in less than 10 seconds!

I really wish I could give this printer a zero. Paper doesnt feed, connection is lost every few seconds and it refuses to print anything. I mean anything. Dont waste your time or money on this. Pay the extra $20 for a printer that works.

Two stars because the printer really does make nice copies, but you pay for it in supplies, and frustration with trial and error and literally having to hand hold it for double-sided copies. If youre ok with spending extra time and frustration or dont do any double-sided printing, you might find this printer ok. At this price point (I paid $83 for it), you can find something else cheaper for single-sided printing though. This printer is high-maintenance and created a lot of frustration for me. I had the most difficulty with the duplex printing function, especially regarding the paper tray feed. I also had trouble getting it set up due to incomplete instructions. My computer does not have a CD ROM drive, so perhaps it is easier to set up with that, but I downloaded the driver from the website. Once I downloaded the driver, the setup window did not appear. For anyone who doesnt know that you need to go into your system settings next, or how to do that, you will be stuck at this point. After much frustration, I sheepishly called someone I know to help with this. I personally feel that instructions should be clear enough to be able to do it ourselves. More importantly, for those who are able to get it set up with ease, beware the duplex function!! The biggest frustration regarding this is that the paper tray will not feed the paper back into the printer without you holding it down, juuuust right. The printer runs VERY hot, which causes the paper to curl, which means that it wont lay flat in the paper tray for its 2nd run through the machine. I found it to be a VERY time-consuming ordeal and frustrating. Finally, there is potential for a lot of paper and ink to be wasted - good luck figuring out how to shuffle the papers to get the 2nd side printed on the right page if you are printing more than one page. (Because, of course, there are no instructions on how to do this either... its trial and error, which also amounts to more frustration.) Bottom line, after just one day, I decided to return the printer and have ordered a different one. Save yourself the time, supplies, and frustration.

cant get to connect to my network or laptop

I like everything about this printer. I bought it because I was tired of paying for colored ink that i didnt need because my printer would not print if one color was out. My only complaint was that the instructions for setting it up with my wifi were not too clear to me, but I did it after about 10 minutes so I cant really complain. Otherwise a great economical printer
