Paradiver Light Duffle with wheels 55/20 Strictcabine, S (55cm-48.5L) Yellow

One of the wheels fell off the 3rd time I used this suitcase. It can’t be popped back in because the ball bearing ring is broken. Very disappointing. Can anyone tell me where I can file a complaint? Can’t seem to find where on Amazon product complaints can be filed.

It worked for one year, then the handle started disintegrating just like another user ( Minaz) has mentioned. It is not worth buying.

Love this bag. Everybody ask me where I bought it, its light, its great quality, and looks fantastic.
