> 3 dayThis is an awesome backpack! It fits so much stuff and is very well made. Wipes clean on all interior and exterior surfaces. Every pocket has 2 zippers that makes for easy access. Extra pockets inside are very useful. The insulated pouches on the side and front keep things cold and they all fit the 8oz Dr Brown bottles. I hesitated because of the higher price compared to other backpack diaper bags, but I loved the style of this one the most and knew wed be using it for years. Easy to take anywhere and have everything you need, from diapers, to snacks/drinks, change of clothes, and all parent stuff too. Wish we would have had it a while back! So happy with the purchase and highly recommend!!

> 3 dayUsed this bag specifically for special outings and one or 1 family trip when I needed more space than a regular diaper bag offers. I was able to load it with items for a baby and a toddler, it’s very spacious and stylish. My biggest challenge was cleaning the white parts as it gets dirty easily. And one of the magnetic buttons fell off after one of the first times we used the bag. The inside foil on the two side pockets also tore off very quickly which was disappointing. Other than that, I like the overall design and functionality of the bag. The changing mat is a perk.

Greater than one weekProduct is not the best quality. They make it seem like it’s a canvas bag that’s strong and cute but it’s not. Not worth the price to be honest. Haven’t used that much and the strap is ripping off!

> 3 dayAs you can see in our review picture, we’ve got our old one and new one side by side. Originally we got the white version, which got too dirty too fast. But we loved the backpack so much we got it in grey. That one lasted us about 3 years. The quality is so good. There’s so many storage pockets. There’s a laptop sleeve. I really appreciate the double zippers. Super comfortable to wear and we’ve traveled all over the world with it. Hands down the best diaper bag I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried many. Our only wishes for the company is to make the magnetic closure and insulated pockets more durable. Those are the only 2 parts that didn’t hold up over time.

Greater than one weekThis is an awesome diaper backpack that I regret not having in my life much earlier. I wanted to wait a couple of months so we could get full use out of this before I gave an honest review, and I will say, we have gotten more than our fair share of use and it has held up incredibly well in that time. We are getting ready to welcome our third child, and with a preschooler and a toddler, hauling around the one-shoulder, oversized diaper bag was getting to be too much. I needed something that could hold all of our essentials – which will now include the needs of said preschooler, toddler, and a newborn – and was easy to haul all over town. This backpack fits the bill. It would seem there is a separate compartment or pocket for virtually every one of our items, including a generous sized front pocket where I keep my own items separate and easy to access. If I had any complaints, it would be that the bag is a bit large, but then again, to fit all of our essentials, I can’t see affording to lose any space inside. But it is something I have to be conscious of when we are out and about, particularly in a tight restaurant, so as to not knock into anyone. I’ve noticed in some of the past reviews, and something I was myself concerned about, was the fact that this bag includes a lighter colored ivory fabric. Having used this for several months now, I will say it is very easy to clean and remove stains from this bag. Last week, we had dinner in a restaurant where a waiter spilled a glass of red wine on myself and another patron. The majority of it got on the backpack, and of course, particularly the light colored top part. There were purple splatter stains and drips all over the front of the bag. I wasn’t overly concerned, and it ended up being fine; I used a Tide pen and a very warm rag and was able to remove every trace of the spilled wine with very little effort. I don’t know exactly what the fabric is, but it does seem remarkably resistant to stains, and those that do appear typically can be removed quickly and easily. I still get compliments on the bag nearly every time I’m out, and I use it every single day. Does the backpack look 100% like it did the day it came out of the box, pristine and flawless? No, but then again, it has more than fulfilled its duty and still looks excellent; what more can you expect from a baby/kid’s item that truly is designed to take a beating? I’m beyond impressed.

> 3 dayI really wanted to LOVE this bag. Promising reviews, looked spacious, stylish and fun. After the first month of use, edges are starting to fray a bit. I certainly didn’t expect it to stay in mint condition forever but I did expect a little more from a diaper bag. My Avent bottles are a tight fit in the bottle pockets, my wipe pack fits too snugly in the mesh pockets on the inside. Once everything a mom needs while out and about, plus a small scale laptop and misc. mom stuff— it’s pretty tightly packed in there and you don’t really want to open it back up. I was really hoping it would be larger, not just deeper. Cute bag, maybe when baby gets older and needs less stuff.

> 3 dayI am very disappointed to be writing this review. I think this diaper bag had the potential to be great (we’ve gotten a ton of compliments in the year we have had it) but it has worn terribly and the company offers nothing outside of the 6mo warranty, which seems insane for a $75 diaper bag. When I complained, the response I got was, “We offer a 6 month warranty on our diaper backpack because we want everyone to love their Birch Bag, but we cannot control how our products are ultimately used/cared for,” which seemed to imply that we were going out of our way to destroy the bag. A snap is broken, there are holes in the bottom, and the bag is filthy, which is all after ordinary day-to-day use. I attached pictures of the bag AFTER we cleaned it in the manner recommended by Parker. This clearly did nothing. From what I gather on their website, the company proclaims to value the working parent and, yet, seems to be producing a diaper bag (one of the most crucial items when you have a baby) that they don’t expect to hold up (or stay clean) past 6 months. Again, I’m very disappointed and this will not be the bag I choose (or recommend to friends) in the future. Update: After a fair amount of back and forth, Parker was responsive to my concerns and sent us a new bag. So far, the quality seems MUCH better, but we’ve only been using it for a couple weeks now, so we’ll see how it holds up over time.

> 3 dayI have had my eye on this backpack for a while and was on my registry. But it was sold out for a while so I never got it. I had a cheaper backpack at my shower and have been using it. it was fine, but I always still wanted this one. I finally purchased it and dont have any regrets. It is great quality and it is completely my style. Plus, SO MANY POCKETS! Which every Mom knows it needed to try to keep some sense of organization in your life. Cant wait to use this bag for a long time. Also, I want to note that most backpacks dont fit my husbands shoulder since he owns a gym and has very broad shoulders. This pack fits! He was very happy that we got a new bag he can actually use.
