My 22-month old toddler loves her parking pal handprint. I trained her to use it by showing her one time where to put her hand and telling her, this is where your hand goes when you get out of the car. Now when she gets out of the car I ask, Where does your hand go? and she excitedly puts both hands on the decal. Im hoping soon she wont need me to ask her where her hands go.

Great product. my two year old gets nervous in parking lots. When a car drives by or backs out, she panics and often takes off to find a sidewalk. Now, she puts her hand on the hand while I get her baby sister out and she can put her hand in mommys hand. Very clever idea that gives us both a little peace of mind.

I drop my son off at daycare daily and now that hes in his Im off! toddler stage, I needed something that would keep him put while I grabbed this lunchbox and other items from the car. This gives him an easy visual and he immediately puts both hands on the magnet. We make it a fun game and if I forget to tell him to put his hands on it because I deem the parking lot isnt that busy, he lets me know! Overall I never thought this product would actually work, but it has been so far and I cant believe something so simple would end the war between my toddler and I.

My little guy loves the little train on this magnet! Its also prevented a ton of stress anytime we get in the car, especially in parking lots. I just tell him to put his hand on his choo-choo. It gives me time to get the door open and situated and he is SAFE, right next to me and focused for a few seconds.

We have a peto scratched on to the side of our van and this covers it beautifully. Its also really great for our kiddos, they love that they have something to touch when we leave or get back to the van.

I love these, I have to purchase another because someone stole one off my car. The seller is very good about following up and making sure that expectations are met and providing options for making the parking pal fun. It is a great option for keeping kids near the car.

It does everything its supposed to do, its a magnet. The trick is getting your kid to keep using it after the novelty wears off. mine didnt.

I put this magnet right next to the gas tank. My son puts one hand on the magnet and one on the gas tank.

Great price and my son loves telling me which dinosaurs are on it and the colors all while I get his brother in his seat.

great idea and very safe idea

Parking lots can be dangerous, even fatal, for children. Protect your little loved ones with a colorful aid that keeps them near to you and far from moving vehicles. Why is it needed: parents, grandparents, day-care providers, aunts, uncles, friends, or whoever is caring for a child can be easily distracted in parking lots? Loading or unloading packages, rifling for keys, tending to the baby, or helping elderly parents can take precious attention away from our children, leaving them vulnerable to a number of dangerous situations. Other drivers can"t see when they back up because the car next to them is too large or they"re distracted by their cell phones, or blind spots make it easy for them to overlook small children who may be behind them. And children, well, they don"t always do what they"re told or stay where they should. It only takes one second for tragedy to strike. How it works: place the parking pal on the side of your vehicle, where it will remain safely attached at all times. It was specifically designed with bright colors, playful illustrations, and a small palm children love to place their hands on. After a couple learning sessions, your child will discover that the parking pal is their safe spot, and they will know where to go the second they are outside the car. It also helps teach them that parking lots are no place to play.
