I bought this to convert a 30A generator output to a 50A house plug in.

Now I can charge my Tesla from my truck.

I have been using this for about 2 weeks. The fit to a 30A extension cord and 50A EV Charger is tight and could not be more excellent. I couple and uncouple frequently so need a product that will not wear out and become loose over time. This is well made and I think it will hold up to repeated use.

This should be in your kit. If you have a 50 amp RV and a generator that is 30 amp (240 volt), then this should be in your kit or toolbag for the RV. You can easily use this if you have any power outages in your area to get your RV up and running on the generator. Keep in mind, MOST generators are 30 amp. You wont be able to run EVERYTHING so be particular about what you turn on but a single air conditioner, a few LED lights and perhaps the TV OR radio to relax. Could be used in your boondocking or emergency kits as well. Buy 2, keep 1 with generator and 1 with RV. I would recommend this product.
