Unfortunately, it is scented for something you would expect an older person to wear. I would not recommend this as a romantic gift idea for your wife. Strong scent, but not a romantic perfume scent.

I love the scent of Passion and the powder is the same as the perfume. I put the old puffs in the closet and they carry the scent into there.

I have used this product for several years and like it a lot. The fragrance is just right. I am glad to be able to still get it as the local stores have discontinued it.
