> 24 hourOnce you figure out how to use it, it’s very easy. I made pasta with my daughters and they loved this activity. I love fresh pasta, but they use eggs. I made my own recipe without eggs for my daughter who has allergies. The only reason I removed one star was because the manual wasn’t really clear. It showed the parts and that’s it. Maybe I am doing it wrong, but my dough kept touching each other and it wasn’t a very pretty pasta at the end. Overall, it’s very easy to use, easy to clean and quick to make the pasta :)
