We enjoyed making pasta using our kitchen aid pasta attachment! Made it simpler and fun to cook even during a busy week.

I had the privilege of traveling to Italy last month and was amazed by how good the gluten free handmade pasta was there. I vowed to learn to make it at home, and promptly ordered this pasta maker. The first free afternoon I had to test it out, I made pasta dough with Antimo Caputo Gluten Free Pizza Flour, eggs, a dash of salt and a little water, using the dough hook on my food processor. It took just a few minutes for me to assemble the pasta maker; I chose the die for bucatini. After letting the dough rest for the appropriate time it was time for the moment of truth, starting up my mixer and watching those first pieces come out. I was absolutely blown away by the results! I made a large batch in case I had trouble at first, but there was no first pancake to throw away. I ended up with a ton of delicious fresh pasta. It took a few minutes for me to figure out the cutter; I assumed that Id need a knife to slice off the pasta as it came out, but that little feature was the cherry on top - it sliced the pasta so neatly that the little mouths didnt get pinched closed. Im so glad I bought this, and will probably give it as a gift - its that good. I would recommend getting a pasta dryer to hang your long noodles on as you make them; it helps to keep the pasta from getting squashed and stuck together. 100% recommend, and no, there was no incentive from the manufacturer to write this - I just wanted to share.

This makes pasta making a breeze. Just make sure to rest the dough and not to make the dough too firm. I thought cleaning was gonna be a chore, but once I left the stuck on dough dry like instructed it was kind of a satisfying experience peeling them off and pushing them out with the cleaning tool.

I do have mitchen aid for two years now and i was waitng gor this atachment to be on sale, it so easy to built and i made great shape fresh pasta!!!!

This pasta machine attachment does everything you need it to do. Just attach it to your KitchenAid Stand Mixer and VUOLA! So far, my girlfriend and I have made spaghetti and fusilli using the proper attachments. Very easy to use and is always an easy clean! HIGHLY RECOMMEMD!

This attachment is a very versatile unit. Very easy to use and makes all kinds of great noodles! It’s way better than the pasta rolling cutter attachments. It also has a slicer for cutting them to lengths! Fresh homemade pasta was never so easy!

So we got this product a few days ago and we love it. It is really easy to use and we make really good noodles with only flour, and eggs. Its also really cheap for something that is really good. If you wanted this and you dont know if you should buy it I would say yes you should.

i love making pasta but as ive aged it has taken longer and im not as strong as i used to be. with this pasta press it is a breeze to make pasta again. i love it!!!!! I’m making pasta everyday.

Making pasta has been something I have always been interested in. This product makes it easy, and it’s fun to use. I still need to get the hang of it, but so far, it’s been awesome!

My wife asked me to get her the pasta making attachment for the kitchen aid. I stumbled upon this and she said it works great. Connects to the machine no problem and does everything she wanted it to. She did mention it’s easy to clean as well and it seems like it will last a long time.
