I am in love and want to learn so much more about this art form. I soak in soda ash which afterwards finding out I didn’t really have to. Apparently when you buy the kits like this it’s included. You only really need soda ash (helps the fabric accepts the dye) when your using just fabric dye. I also think I rinse in too hot water which fused me to lose a lot of color. It’s still was fun and came out nice. So happy I gifted myself and child the experience.

Lots of colors but tiny bottles

lots of colors although after washing color fades like crazy, I have other shirts that Ive dyed in the past that have brighter colors then my shirts look like after one washing.

This tie dye set is so amazing! It has so many color options and when you mix them up it comes with gloves and a tiny funnel to funnel the powder. You can make your colors lighter or brilliant based on how much powder you put in. I loved that it came with the socks, a t-shirt and a cinch bag to use as well as what ever you buy to tie dye. It also came with lots of rubber bands and none of them broke which was a nice surprise. We had so much fun using all the color options and we used the simple booklet to mix our dye as well as how to kind of fold or twist the shirts for different designs. I cant recommend this kit enough, it really does have everything you need for a great tie dying time!!

Easy to use. Lots of colors to use

Some of the colors are too dark. Like the pink and sky blue. But the organ and bright yellow are great. All in all... I would not buy this again. Nor would I suggest anyone buy it. There are better products out there.

Great set for beginners.

Fun tie dye set that comes with all the colors you need, we dyed some of our own shirts also. The socks turned out perfect tie dyed.
