arrived in great condition. we had to put our fur baby down 4 days before Christmas so you could imagine the heartache we were feeling. this has been a great memorabilia; i put his own collar on it (stays fine just leaning on the corner because im not moving the frame constantly, im sure you could take off the tag it has but its cute too so i kept it along with his collar) and the example photo comes out very easy.

This was bought as a gift for a couple who’s kitty crossed the rainbow bridge. I inserted a 5 x 7 picture of their fur baby. It’s a very precious memorial.
