Ordered for friend who lost her cat. She loved it.

had to put my sweet kitty down a week ago so wanted to display a picture and this frame with sentiment was perfect.

I hate to write a bad review but I think it was just a bad experience. I just lost one of my best buddies and ordered for a memorial of him and unfortunately the glass came right out of frame when I took it out of the box because it wasnt placed correctly in the the frame and broke on me and then the tag was on backwards so I had to fix it. Oh well.
