Did not work and not able to find help

A PDF editor is always a nice item to have in your software library. Ive found a number of PDF files that need modifications to make printing less expensive or need editing for errors. This is an excellent and easy to learn/use editor. Installation was w/o problems.

I couldnt get it to work right and when I returned I only got $4.59

I have PDF at work and needed a way to digitally time stamp work completed away form my brick and mortar office. This allows me to open files and stamp them with ease. Additionally, the signature feature is pretty easy to use. If you havent worked with some of the editing options then this can be a bit much. Overall, price point and convenience this give me makes it a great buy.

I like that I dont have to do anything to get my documents into PDF format. The program works as described. Smooth functioning.

The free Adobe Acrobat Reader only gets you so far. HERE ARE THE PROS OF THIS PRODUCT: - If you actually need to edit a PDF text, then you need something like this. - If you want to convert your PDF to word, excel, ePub, or jpeg, this will definitely help you. - I really like the fact that you can fill and sign forms. - You can also restrict the access of a PDF with passwords and encryption. - You can draw and reorder the pages as necessary. - This gives you a lot of features that you cannot get with the standard Adobe Acrobat Reader which is free. CONS I cant believe that you can CREATE a PDF from Microsoft Word (or Excel)!!!! Although Word has a built-in feature that lets you export to a PDF, its not working well for me (e.g., hyperlinks are appearing). Therefore, I was hoping that this PDF Extra software would allow me to create a PDF from my Word doc. It does not! Im sure adding this feature would have been quite easy for them, so I dont understand why they didnt do it. This is priced at a reasonable level because its less than $30. Unfortunately, the license only lasts for one year. CONCLUSION: If you dont need to create PDFs from Word (or youre happy with the native feature of doing that in Word), then you should be happy with this. It allows you to do many things that the free Adobe Reader cannot do.

I am unable to download. Granted, I’m not at all tech savvy, but pretty disappointed at this time

Ok. Compre este PDF Extra Profesional, es un pdf Editor, pero no Conversor; ya que no puede convertir imagenes en jpg en pdf. Ademas no puede Fusionar varios PDF en uno solo. Sin embargo, si lo actualizaran y corrigieran esas debilidades; le pondria 5 estrellas a futuro como Editor y Conversor. Gracias. Hace poco dias lo compre aqui en Amazon. Ademas tiene un excelente precio para cualquier usuario que deseara tenerlo en su PC o Laptop.

Activation card arrived today. No problem downloading and installing software. The Activation code was not accepted. Uninstalled and reloaded with the same problem. They have no live support or chat, so I completed the support request. Email response said it takes them typically 48 hours to reply. This is not a good start for a first time customer who purchased this to complete some urgent business.

The software was delivered promptly and installed easily. Some features such as filling in pdf forms were not as good as expected.
