> 3 dayArrived in a cracked/broken CD case with wrapper torn off. Loaded it on my Windows 10 computer and that is where it stopped. Clicking on icon to open program did nothing but bring up a pop-up that the program was “activated.” After that…nothing. Several emails with Ashampoo trying their work arounds without success. I am returning to Amazon in hope of a refund.

> 3 dayTwo things of interest about this product. I have been using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Got a .pdf from a friend the other day, wanted to print it out. Adobe said I needed a different font to print, but, no way could I get whatever it wanted to download. I fired up this up, hit print, and away it went, now that is what I wanted. Second, I had a minor problem on one of my installs, a quick email to their support address and I had a quick reply and an instant fix to the problem. I can only say that is does what I want and their customer support is quick and customer oriented. Would definitely recommend them.

> 3 dayMy Acrobat program was no longer supported after a few years so I had to use Reader. The new Reader does not permit any editing - even resizing print or lightening. PDF Pro 2 solved my problems. I can do full editing and save my edit with a new name. Just what I needed.

> 3 dayNo one expects all the features of Adobe Acrobat at this price, but if you need to fill out forms or perform other functions on PDFs for home or business this might be the answer. Im still working through it and have to convince my computer that this is the default program for PDF files, but I only installed it this morning. So far Ive got to say it gets the job done, and thats all I care about.
