I have purchased 2 straps from PD so far the first one was a Summit Edition. The connectors on this one were quite thinner than the Summit Ed. They may be able to carry the same weight but durability is a concern... also, the padding doesnt allow folding the strap unless you bend it somewhere then in that spot it is permanently crushed. This could be redesigned in a future build. overall however i am pleased with the strap and is FAR more comfortable than stock.

The perfect Camera strap.

I am a big fan of the Peak Design products, of which I own a number of them, including the aluminum travel tripod, clutch, cuff, everyday backpack v2, everyday messenger v2, pro pad, capture clip, and now the slide. This strap is very comfortable and I really love the ease of the adjustable tabs on this. The padded strap also makes this very comfortable to use for long sessions. The rubber gripping also seems very helpful, though admittedly in my time using the slide, I’ve not used it too much yet. The material and build is very sturdy and I really also like the ability to unclip this from the anchor clips very quickly. Makes it just that much more versatile as a strap. Overall, a fantastic addition to my arsenal of camera accessories.

Could not ask for a better strap.

These guys figured it out. This camera strap is the best. You can use it in multiple positions and switch on the fly. I was using a black rapid strap, but with my big lenses and an addition of a camera grip, the strap didnt quite work. This strap is the bomb - I can configure it depending on which lens I have attached and how I want carry the camera. I highly recommend it.

I was not sure at first as I am used to a camera strap with storage capabilities but I am really beginning to love this strap. I have complete faith it will hold my gear. sound choice for minimalist approach.

Perfect strap. Comfortable extremely versatile and made of high quality materials. An absolute must have for any camera bag.
