My set was normal and complete and its super cute! These were a fraction of the price that Ive seen similar ones go for elsewhere and the quality is on point.

    These are great, simple month markers. I took a star off and returned because mine arrived with 2 sets of six/seven month markers and no three/four month marker. So I went to take my three month pictures and I couldnt.
