PEBEO Studio Acrylics High Viscosity, Fine Acrylic, 250 ml - Cadmium Orange Hue

Overpriced (even for $12). Better as a MEDIUM than its usage. DARK PURPLY BLUE is what this strange color is and takes several layers. Comes out to fast and the layers seek through. It also lacks shinyness I was looking for.. (dull). Is it black, is it purple is it blue? NO its strange darkly purple blue color. Not as pretty as midnight blue either so for me it doesnt do justice. So far Ive only achieved success with it but using tip of the iceberg with a 1 different paint to make it darker, otherwise its useless paperweight & Id return it. Then again Ive only bought this for experimentation and this didnt pass.

Buy it, youll like it! I cannot express how much I love this paint. I use it a lot for gelli printing and it is gorgeous.

This paint is very watery so expect to use it for washes or to keep applying it over your surface multiple times. Its not a bad purchase if you want more transparent areas in your paintings, but its of budget quality so expect to get what you pay.

Good color Good shimmer

I was kind if afraid to spend good money for irredescent pain when most ends up sheer like florescents and only leaves shimmer. This paint is rich, fully pigmented, thick but not clumpy with a beautiful shimmer that has the correct hue for that shade. (Basically its not like how some colors maybe like a pink with a gold shimmer. ) It has a pinkish purple shimmer same as the color if paint. Perfect for thinning for fluid art btw. Looove it!

Great product. Arrived quickly

This paint goes on smooth and mixes with other colors well. I havent used extender with it or textural additives (e.g., pastes, gels, sands, glass beads, pigment chips, etc), so I cant speak to how well it works with these. I suspect it would do well.
