Pelican 1510 Case With Foam (Black)

The Pelican 1510 is the right size and layout for the equipment that I take on the road with me for demonstration purposes. I like that this same style case is available in many sizes but, the 1510 was perfect for me. The only thing critical that I can think of is that the case is just a bit heavier than I would have liked. Pelican clearly states all specifications, including the weight of their cases on their website, so, I really cant complain. I just wish they could find a way to maintain the strength and watertight nature of the case and reduce the weight by a few poinds.

This makes for some easy feedback, as Pelican cases have always (at least in our experience) lived up to their hype. We sometimes get other brands who send in a case or two to try to thwart our balance of opinion with---but so far, Pelican seems to be one of the only cases that feel right, look right, perform right, and still counts for the majority of what we use. Also, this specific case is great for your carry on. Assuming at least that you keep an eye on your weight. You may want to buy a scale because its quite easy to get carried away (see my pun?).

Rock solid like all their products. Wheels are very convenient.

I’m sure this works as described and can hold up to all its claims but once again it’s just one of many cases that we aren’t using and is taking up space in the spare bedroom closet.

Best case ever.

Ive have several Pelican boxes. Wheels are great to move equipment through an airport on a trip.
