> 3 dayBought them to use for a wood project. Cut them into 1 pieces and used them as dowels. Theyre sturdy and easy to cut with a dremel.

Greater than one weekThey were a bit thinner than expected but thats just me being bad at math. The company definitely seems to be a little bad at math too as I read reviews saying some had received less than 50 in their bag but I was lucky enough to get 58 :)

05-04-2025Inaccurate description of product. These are bamboo, not wood. Bamboo has different properties unfit as a substitution for wood in many applications. They’re technically grass dowels.

> 3 dayMost of these dowels are not straight! In the bag there didn’t appear to be any issues but when I had to start cutting them most tended to be bowed just enough to end up as kindling.

> 3 dayThese are nice and very strong cake dowels. I’ve heard other bakers say that they like to use the plastic hollow dowels because they don’t crack their buttercream but I have found the opposite to be true. These wooden dowels almost never crack my buttercream when I place them in a cake so I really like using these they’re my favorite towels.

> 3 dayIf you are looking for rods that are not bowed, look elsewhere. Other than that great product.
