I love these. I put one in each bathroom. Great for cleansing yourself after going number 1 or 2. Sometimes you just need something simple to rinse yourself down there after love time or during the flow. Add warm water, sit on the toilet, and give yourself a little shower down below. I always remove all water and the lid between uses so nothing gross grows in the bottle. And, for safety, keep the cleaning on the outside.

I used to always go to my OBGYN complaining of itching thinking maybe I had yeast infections all the time. Finally a friend had suggested to get peri bottles and use regularly to clean the vagina. Let me tell you, my monthly visits to the OB, changed to just the annual! I buy these every other month. Ladies, YOU NEED THIS. It will change the vaginal health game lol. I just use after Im done in the shower or bath, fill with clean water open the vagina and spray into it, cleaning all of the areas. Can refill with water & repeat if you feel its needed. When done, let dry and store in a clean place.

This is technically for women who have just had babies but my family uses this as a toilet paper replacement. Anyone who hasnt been living under a rock knows about the toilet paper crisis that is going on around us. Where is all the toilet paper??? Of all the things I have taken for granted, I never thought it would be the toilet paper. Anyways, these bottles are a life saver. You cant fill these with water and spray them on you to clean yourself off. If you have old shirts, rags or towels laying around you can tear them up into strips and pat yourself dry afterwards then throw them all into the wash. Please bottles are great for the price.
