Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the first unit had something wrong with the battery compartment such that it would not power on unless we held the batteries down, even with the recommended battery types. We returned it. The second one worked fine (we did have to follow the instruction to use nonrechargeable energizers or duracells, which fit tighter). It took about a month but my son is now staying dry consistently. The device stays in place well and is good and loud and not too uncomfortable. He hated the noise and it was a lot of interrupted sleep nights for me, but it did the job. The included mattress pad is a nice touch.
