These are good quality single-edge blades that are very sharp. I used to scrape labels off windows, clean my stove, etc. Very satisfied!

Carbon steel stays sharper longer but rusts very quickly. Stainless steel has anti-corruption properties but does not stay as sharp for long periods as carbon steel. These blades are great for shaving but for industrial purposes, youll want a thicker blade.

Hard to find locally in drug or grocery stores. I use them to give myself a needed pedicure. The blade is thin enough to handle. All others the blade was too thick and therefore use in other applications such as home repairs. The single blade keeps me from cutting myself and thinness just shaves enough dead skin for comfort.
