I purchased this as a gift for a friend whose chihuahua passed away. When it arrived, the pisspoor excuse for a box was crushed on one end, and so was that end of the frame. Large chunks were chipped off of the corners as well. There was a laughably thin (about the width of a piece of construction paper) piece of styrofoam covering the photo side. The glass was also broken and had long since disappeared. I was left with no other option than to send it back. Then, when I went to purchase it anew, I found that the price for the item had gone up $7 in the two weeks since I’d originally bought it. They wouldn’t honor the price I paid initially, as I got zero response to the emails I sent on the matter. So I was left with no gift, and nothing aside from impotent anger at having been swindled by a disreputable-at-best manufacturer. Don’t waste your money here. Any decent craftsmanship that may have been applied to the production is destroyed by sloppy and careless packaging, and a devil-may-care attitude about their faults.
