Ill be brief: - Received backpack as gift for mothers day - 4 months later the strap rips at the seam - Reach out for support thinking oh maybe this is just a defect... surely customer support will help - Receive nothing but form emails back with a ridiculous list of things I NEED to provide in order for them to consider replacing or repairing the backpack - Most of the items requested were in my initial email, which they didnt read, but they said theyd give me 50% off if I bought another one Who builds products that last barely 6 months? Why would you want to pay premium prices for an inferior product and awful customer service? So... the sad news is true, Petunia doesnt care about young families. Dont support Petunia or her cheap backpack cartel. But seriously, dont buy this junk.
