My baby only uses these. They are not so great with durability. When I wash them sometimes water gets Into the nipple and it’s hard to get the water out. It would be great if they were more durable otherwise they are great.

Just like the 0-6 month size. My baby switched to these at 5 months old with no issues. I can’t tell much of a difference other than size. Handy to have 4 to rotate clean ones and to have one on each floor of the house. I sterilized them to clean initially, but now I just clean with unscented soap and rinse with hot water, making sure to squeeze/shake out any water in the nipple before drying or giving to my baby. If your baby used 0-6 month version of these I’d recommended these when you need to size up. How to clean inside the nipple: hold the binkie sideways (nipple parallel with the floor) under running water. The water should be flowing over the binkie “handle” opening (where it attaches to the binkie on one of the sides. So the widest part of the nipple should be perpendicular with the floor) Squeeze the nipple and slowly release to fill the nipple with water, then remove the binkie from under the water and squeeze the nipple again to remove water. The only pacifier my baby likes, easily sanitize with the case it comes in, they clean easily and theyre weighted so the tend to land mouth side up when dropped, ingenious design.

The plastic containers that come with these pacifiers can be used for sanitizing by adding a little water and microwaving for three minutes with the pacifiers inside. The cases are thin and feel fragile, but they work well enough and double as storage cases. Our baby loves these and they seem to be the perfect size for 6-18 months as advertised.

These are nice, soft pacifiers and my baby finally took to them after using a different version for several months (that I found out was bad for nursing so switched her to these). Now she loves these, but just be weary of the white clear color - they turn yellow rather quickly, even though we hand wash these each night. I would say they yellow’d after just a couple weeks of use. The other colors are doing just fine. I would just avoid the clear white ones!

These are the only pacifiers my daughter will use because the nipple is smaller and not as “inflated” as other pacifiers. The sides of the pacifier are also well proportioned rather than large like other pacifiers that my daughter would not use. These maintain there condition after months of washing and sanitizing. The only thing I wish were different is the handle. I don’t want a pacifier without a handle because I have long nails, which makes grabbing a handle-less pacifier difficult; but the handle needs 2 adjustments for me: -some type of mechanism so that the handle can’t easily flip up on baby’s nose when it’s in their mouth. This doesn’t bother my daughter, but I don’t like it. -make the handle more round for an adult finger to easily fit through. I have average size fingers, but it takes multiple tries to try to grab this by the handle due to the spacing. Even with these cons of the handle, I will not buy any other pacifier!
