> 24 hourIve never owned a thermal printer, so I knew there would be a learning curve for me. If youve had previous experience with a thermal printer before, this one will probably be a breeze for you. There are absolutely no instructions included, except for how to plug it in, turn it on, and download the app. Within the app, youre supposed to be able to download the manual, but nope. I tried and it said it wasnt found. So I checked YouTube for some help. The only thing I could find on YouTube was mostly unboxing videos. Useless. So I just started playing around to see what I could figure out. I love the Bluetooth connectivity. I love that I can print from my phone. There are tutorials in the app that I didnt find to be very helpful. After about an hour, and 7 or 8 wasted labels, I was finally able to print the 3 mailing labels I wanted to print. They looked fantastic. I couldnt believe the quality. There was no smudging when I affixed them to the packages. This is gonna save me a ton of money on ink cartridges, so it definitely is worth having. I know there will be a lot more learning ahead when I have a need for making different labels, but for now, Im pleased to be able to print mailing labels. I definitely recommend this thermal printer, even with no instructions. Its not impossible to figure out.

> 24 hourThis product works but caution to extra charges to install the driver needed to operate this item from your laptop. If using the app there are no additional charges and works fine.

> 24 hourMy wife uses a printer for her small business, this label printer is great for smaller packages as the labels are smaller than the label sheets we’ve been using with a conventional printer. I also like that it’s thermal meaning no need for ink cartridges which is a massive bonus. The label printer uses an app and works great, we had no issues with connecting to the app and printing labels, the labels print really nicely and we had no issues with that. If I had to pick a negative with this printer it would be that its a bit single minded and that the labels are a bit more expensive, but otherwise it’s a great little printer.

> 24 hourI was reimbursed for this printer to write a review, since I have other printers by this company. I received it and have no complaints. The printer works well with the Bluetooth print feature from my phone. Easy to use. Easy to set up. Good quality printing with little to no effort! I have no working USB ports on my current computer, so I tried to see if I could connect to the printer via Bluetooth from my laptop as well. After trying apps and manually downloading drivers, I was unable to get this function to work. I emailed the support team at the company about it, and we are working through options... I think it might be time to upgrade my 8 year old laptop thats been limping along for years already. Not the printers fault! Customer service has been very helpful and easy to work with! If anything changes (either in functionality or support), Ill update this review! UPDATE: The customer service team created a video for me to walk me through how to setup the printer without USB connection. It was super easy with the video to reference. I am extremely pleased with all of the customer service interactions I have had with Phomemo!!

> 24 hourThe seller helped get the software running. The printer needs to be chosen only through the app! Four stars, nice printer, but would like to be able to use keyboard on device, not in app

> 24 hourEasy to install on my PC. Installed drivers and optional Labelife software. Did not receive any security alerts, but will edit my review if anything happens down the road. Labelife software was pretty intuitive, just enter the size of your label (it defaults to an address label, youll need to change that to 4x6 to work with the labels included with the product), and print. I also noticed that after installing the driver, the printer was available in all my programs, so you might not even need the software. I did like the software for the cute icons it included.

> 24 hourWe use this for shipping labels, thank you labels, bar codes, and QR codes. It works very well and was fairly easy to setup for use. I really like that I can use so many different size thermal labels with it.

> 24 hourComing from the world of Dymo Labelwriters this 4x6 printer is actually quite good. It can support full sized 4x6 labels as well as continuous mode printing and with the software is very customizable when it comes to whatever labels you want to print. Print quality is okay for a thermal printer. I tested it out on various sized labels from 4x6 down to 1 1/4 x 2 1/4 and they all worked fine. I also like that you can change the directional layout of how it prints to print your item bottom to top or top to bottom giving additional versatility. I tested everything out on a Mac and in the Apple Environment. I am not sure how well things will work in the PC env. Overall quite pleased with the unit as it is very affordable for the size and the abilities.

> 24 hourThe printer is of a nice size. It is durable and well made. It was easy set up. It accompanied with an app, installed app with out issue, looked around , it’s user friendly. I was not able to print anything, I need some labels, did not come with a sample.
