This is a quality bit of gear. The design is great: I love the way that, once the jaws have closed over the phone, you can lock them in place: it makes it rock solid. Im amazed that something made of metal and with this level of engineering can be made for this price. My previous holder was a similar looking Manfrotto, but this blows it out of the water. Clever design features like several cold shoe mounts make this very usable too.

This mount is all metal, very solid, well designed, and well manufactured. It’s much more expensive than many other options, but the quality supports the price. I agree with others — when buying tools you intend to use often or for a long time, when you can, buy high quality tools that will last. This is one of those tools.

Incredible construction. I cant even begin to see how theyre able to produce this for the price they charge. If youve been looking for something to hold your phone solid on a tripod, this one will do it, and easily outlive you.

Its precision made. It feels like quality. I use it on top of my tripod to hold my cell. I use it to record B-roll footage for news.

I wanted a tripod mount with cold shoe that rotated, and was simple and reliable. This appears to be well made and works well, but it was also the most expensive. Altogether, though, its a very nice product and Im very happy with my purchase.

This phone holder is heavy duty and my Galaxy S23 Ultra fits perfectly!! Its a great add on to my Ulanzi MT-47 metal tripod.

I like the fact that this tripod adapter is made of metal and not plastic. It seems really sturdy. And the fact that it attached to a tripod with either a screw or the arca-type adapter is really a great idea.

I love the this locks closed. All the other ones Ive ever had are just stretchy and they just hold with pressure but they dont lock. This one, you twist the knob and it wont open!
