I got this so I could mount my iPhone 11 on a tripod for recording high school football games. Its aluminum construction and very sturdy. Holds phone very securely and locks into position so your phone wont come out if bumped. This one is a little more expensive then the others but well worth it.

I really like this adapter! Its high quality, probably CNC machined and anodized aluminum. It looks and works great. The spring that holds the phone width is very strong, and the red knob locks it in place afterwards, but the spring alone is plenty capable of keeping the phone from falling out.

I saw this while looking at some cheaper plastic versions, it caught my eye and I couldnt forget it, and I eventually had to try it out. Very well made with anodized aluminum and steel. Very smooth operation, very secure locking mechanism. I put it on my Slik Compact XL tri-pod. Very good pairing, similar materials. It looks good, feels good, excellence in engineering. Had to buy remote separately (many of the cheaper plastic versions included a remote). I found a nice pair of remotes for around $8.00, probably better than the ones included with other models. Im using it with a Pixel 6, very good pairing, holds firmly and releases with a twist of the red knob. Ready to record many outings and events. Totally worth the price.
