> 3 dayI used this today to make a perfect pointed dresden plate. Each point was perfect and identical to the last.

> 3 dayThis is a nice tool for pressing dresden points. I keep seeing people say they burned their fingers with it...and when used correctly that should never happen. You simply use it to turn the point, and hold the shape, then place the iron on it and remove the tool immediately. You do not keep ironing over the metal tool, because as we learned in grade school, metal heats up quickly. This tool makes it easy to get straight, centered points so no wonky circles anymore. However its been overpriced here for quite awhile. Its a fourteen buck tool. Dont over pay. It also works nicely with the double dresden points as well, which I have come to prefer as there are no raw edges to be concerned about. Happy quilting!

> 3 daySuch a handy tool to have. Its well-made and thin, good for pressing, but not flimsy. I used mine to make Dresden plates and it definitely helped me achieve the perfect point on each wedge. Im also particular about pressing and I would say this is a must-have tool if you plan on making the originally intended prairie point, or Dresden plate.

> 3 dayNeeded to take a rat tail file to it to make sides less sharp. Design flaw when stamping them I think, but it is well marked and works well
