Greater than one weekOur two guinea pigs enjoy the sturdy house, and it’s corner styling frees up much needed space in their cage.

Greater than one weekFeels lightweight but sturdy despite the edges being kind of thin, love the space saving corner design...it is a bit too easy to get pushed around...but I hate that both my guinea pigs, who were NEVER hut chewers, want to suddenly chew on the edges all day long. The price tag is kind of steep, and feels even more so now that Im stuck watching my boys chew away at the wood....hence the subtracted star. Overall it is a very nice hut, but if you have an avid chewer, Id reconsider this one and go with one that wont hurt your wallet as much if it gets destroyed quickly...

> 3 dayThis product came broken. It was in two pieces. The nails on the roof were rusty.

> 3 dayThis is really BIG! I suppose I didn’t read the dimensions properly but this doesn’t fit in a regular guinea pig cage-but Ohhh so cute and I’d recommend it for anyone with a very large enclosure!

> 3 dayI received the teal hut but I ordered the rainbow design - not a big deal but would have preferred the rainbow design. For folks who have trouble cleaning the wood on the inside my solution is to cover the inside with sticky contact paper/shelf liner. The contact paper repels the urine and can easily be wiped clean . If this gets yucky over time I can easily remove the contact liner and replace with new contact paper. I dont line around the door opening in case the piggies nibble on the door frame opening.

> 3 dayAs soon as I took it out of the box the roof came off. I hadn’t even gotten it complete out yet before it started falling apart. The person who made this was obviously in a hurry. The nails used are really flimsy and bend very easily, and do not hold well. Multiple sides on the top were chipped due to someone not making sure the alignment was right before trying to hammer the roof on, which is why the roof did not stay on. My mom and I had to fix it and reattach the roof. It also has one really bad split on the side on top. Not very well made, and not very durable. But this is the only guinea pig house i could find that is big enough for our guinea pig, so it will do for now.
