I have tried the inexpensive ones, and keep returning to these. I really like the wire construction and there is no safety hazard that I have detected. I can use these on almost all of my gum areas with no pain...good size to start with.

Works really well. Just what I need! I dropped one star because the first one broke off after the first use. BUT, the second one I tried is lasting!

Love there are so many sizes to fit various size gaps in peoples teeth. Sturdy enough to be used a few times before needing replacement. Very pleased.

I like the handle--makes using the picketers easy. Picksters clean between the teeth well.

Recommended by my dentist to prevent “kissing cavities” between my molars. Perfect size to get in between teeth gently

My dentist advised me to get these. This size is the best IMO.
