Pinaud Clubman Powder 9 oz (Pack of 3)

I wanted to get the feel of the talc powder that’s no longer available. Nope. Not even close; Uncomfortable for me after a few hours (though not different from other like products - I’ve tried many). It does have an agreeable scent, but I really don’t care what it smells like. Packaging is better than most: easy to dispense a desired amount. But I did not find any other advantage to this stuff over the other corn starch products on the market.

Use it for pre shave or after shave, as a talc for after shower.

If youre like me - and I hope youre nothing like me, for your sake - certain areas tend to get a little soggy in the summer. (Who am I kidding? It happens in the winter, as well.) For the longest time, I used the name-brand medicated talc for those areas and I loved it, until I found Clubman talc. Clubman products are great and this talc is no exception. It makes you feel clean and dry and you smell like a king. I will warn you, though, I have experienced some pinkish coloring on the underclothing of the areas where I sweat the most.

Wow, I know the smell and I can remember the green containers even though it has been years since the barber applied the product to my shaven neck. Its so nice to find a product like this on Amazon and to be able to relive those early days at the barbershop. Good price when purchased in the three pack too. Properly packed and shipped right away.

If you are expecting the talc-based version of the product as pictured on the container and as described in the ingredients, be forewarned - they are apparently only capable of shipping the corn starch-based version. Even after asking for a re-send and receiving assurances that the talc-based version would be sent, they continued to send the corn starch version. Maybe you like corn starch. In that case there is a chance you will get what you like (or maybe you wont). No judgement - it is just not my preference. I really like the talc-based version of the product. If that had been sent the rating would have been much higher.

I live in Florida and this stuff is essential to staying comfortable in the heat and humidity. Put it wherever you tend to get sticky and irritated. You wont.
