Theyre very thick, heavy anchors. I was scared when I opened the package because of their size - I thought I would never get them pounded in the ground. Our soil is like concrete - almost. I used a 5-pound sledge hammer and that worked beautifully. I would not use anything less than these to anchor the kids trampoline, especially if you have some pretty strong winds and/or if your soil is the least bit soft.

Very heavy duty. I was concerned when I ordered them that they would be light weight but they are not.

Super solid, about the diameter of your index finger, and long enough that nothing shy of a F2 Tornado would pull them out of the ground. You can REALLY hammer these suckers in w/o them deforming.

These do what theyre supposed to. We live up on a hill and our trampoline with the safety net has remained planted through plenty of high wind and storms. Highly recommended.

We have extreme winds in our backyard regularly and needed something to hold our new trampoline down. So far these are working great but have only been tested with some minor thunderstorms. It will be interesting to see how they hold up when things get really severe.
