> 24 hourI’m giving this 5 stars because it was shipped quickly and returning was no hassle. It seems sturdy but it was too big for my hamster’s aquarium, took up way too much room and I don’t know if she is unique in the hamster world but she doesn’t seem to like steep steps and I bought this to go from the topper I purchased to get down to the aquarium because the ramp that came with the topper seems too steep. She Carries pouches full of food down and it’s so steep. These round tubes are really wide just pay attention to the diameter of them. The tubing can expand and retract so that’s no problem. I do think cleaning would be an extra task so just keep that in mind too.

> 24 hourMy black bear hamster loves the tubes . He’s a little bottom heavy so smaller tubes don’t really work well for him. I havent Had to clean them yet (he’s pretty much litter box trained) so I cant Say about that. Some people said they are too loud ... they are a bit loud opening and closing them but that’s kinda how the mechanism works to be able to retract them. Doesn’t bother me much. Worth it for the space saving quality. They are a little thin so you have to be aware to not bend them the wrong way when closing them . But really , this was the best deal I saw out there, and they serve their purpose .
