Greater than one weekI needed to replace the ones that so totally failed, I almost quit the idea of resistance bands entirely. I wasnt expecting that much, then, honestly when I bought these based on good reviews. Well, I can say that the weight, build, stitching, and sturdiness was immediately obvious. The rings are strong and capable, the handles are plenty wide, and so well-made that I never once experience the ambient worry that something will give in the handle during max-weight use. These are the real deal. Highly recommended.
