> 24 hourThis is my 2nd headset of this model and luckily Ive bought the extended warranty each time. The first one was a full kit with the headset and base, after about 2 years of usage the mute/volume button on the back of the headset went bad. When trying to click the button to mute, it would repeatedly mute/unmute/mute multiple times from just a single click, then I began having issues with adjusting the volume. If I moved the switch up or down to change the volume sometimes it would make a loud screeching sounds and disconnect from the base. I would have to place the headset in the charging base and wait for it to connect and begin charging, then remove it from the base and turn it back on. Very inconvenient when this happens in the middle of a call. I got the headset only replaced under the warranty, kept the same base. After about 1 1/2 years the 2nd headset started exhibiting the exact same behavior with the mute/volume button so Im about to have to warranty it again. Its great that I have the warranty but I have to go without my headset for 1-2 weeks when I send it in. Other than the repeated issue, I love the headset. Has great sound quality, excellent range, and is comfortable to wear all day. Also has fantastic battery life.

> 24 hourLol, my boss had replaced our old headsets and I broke this one on accident (be careful when you try to twist the earpiece off or you’ll twist a permanent piece off the speaker ((like I did)). Boss never knew I broke the old piece and this works like a dream. Took off a star because these just aren’t as comfortable as the older, heavier sets from the same company. Earpiece could be a little more flexible, and that would make it easier to put on

> 24 hourYou have to wiggle the headset into the base to get it charging properly, though this is potentially an issue with the base. Overall experience with the many of plantronics headsets I support are they are mostly fine, but 1/3 of them have issues. Will likely look into another product in the future.

> 24 hourworks perfect with (coworkers) existing complete unit, I just have to charge it a 1/2 hour before use, turn it off at the end of the day and importantly put coworkers headset in for charging so ready to start the next day fully charged and ready to go (we alternate at the same workstation), good solution to try it out before purchasing complete unit for different phone (that wouldnt even be in the right area)
