PLAYMOBIL Take Along Modern Doll House

I love how versatile this take along is. It works for my almost 9 year old and keeps her entertained but also works for much younger children you just have to watch the smaller pieces. It helps spark creativity and imagination. We love it!

be certain to open before it is gifted, everthing needs to be assemled and there are many small pieces you might consider using glue on some pieces

Great little playhouse. Easy to carry-along even with all the little pieces. Our 5 year old loves it.

This is the best doll house ever! The details and construction are impressive. There are lots of tiny pieces so be careful not to loose them. My boys and I play with this quite often. They were reluctant at first, telling me it was a girls toy. Now, they love it. Promotes pretend play but with realistic aspects too. So one thing my boys find hilarious is putting the flowers in the toilet. Its amazing that this thing comes with a toilet scrubber. Totally recommend this. It is awesome that all the pieces fit inside. I do suggest that to prevent the pieces from moving a lot while the house is closed stack them on the top floor. The floor and wall in the photo are two large square magnet tiles that do not come with the house. We use the magnet tiles to create rooms. There is no way I would recommend this toy for children younger than 4 years old due to the size and amount of tiny pieces.

My daughter is in love with this toy. It comes with so much furniture. She has played with it for hours every day! It travels anywhere we do.

It is totally dysfunctional in all areas, to the size of the rooms to the size of the parts. The rooms are so small in height, width, and depth that you cant even fit the room furniture in them. The accompanying dishes, food, bathroom, and other parts are so small you can barley pick them up and there is no room for their placement. The house it self falls apart. The hinges fall apart and it is impossible to keep it together. This is the poorest designed Dollhouse I have ever come across and I cant believe this company, who puts out great toys, could possible have designed or marketed it. Myself, my grandchildren of all ages and their friends and others have all tried playing with it. Regardless of age or dexterity, they couldnt make it functional and gave it a 0 rating. This is a product that doesnt even rate being in a dollar store. I have bought several of this companys toys/sets and they were great. Again, I cant believe they put this on the market and it makes me question buying further products from them.

I bought this for my kindergarten classroom. It breaks apart at the hinges every time the kids play with it, which is annoying. Its easy to snap together and it doesnt keep them from playing with it, in fact they really enjoy playing with this. If this was bought for one child it may be fine. Its not durable enough for classroom wear and tear.
