08-06-2025Board is to stiff and a bit curved. My other playtion board is more flat and loose. I cannot get use to riding this for that reason. Plus I fell and was to nervous to ride again. Hard to turn as well. I need to see if I can return.

> 3 dayGreat board all around. Couldn’t buy something this good for this cheap 10 years ago. Also the tiger board did not come in the colors advertised. Mine was a combination of mostly blues instead of brown. Cool colors but still bummed me out

> 3 dayI decided to take up longboarding, and knew Id need a basic, beginners board to bang up and scratch as I learned. This board was everything I needed to learn on. Its stable and responsive. I tightened the bushings in the beginning for even more stability, and loosened them over time. The grip tape is definitely grippy, even when it gets wet or dirty. Even better, this board comes with a skate tool! Keep in mind though, youre getting what youre paying for. Two of my wheels dont spin quite as well as the others, and after getting Bones Reds bearings to replace the ABEC-9 bearings it came with, it seemed the problem was more with the trucks. Also, after riding for a few days outside, I discovered the front truck had bent upward already, making the front wheel hover a tiny bit off the ground--not the most durable. Still, the board handles well, and I have no other complaints! Overall: Great for beginners, inexpensive, free skate tool. Bang up a cheap board until you learn the basics, then graduate to a better board!

> 3 dayOverall I liked it, as a beginner it took a lot of practicing to get the hang of longboarding but with this board its especially fun once you get used to it and the board becomes less stiff the more you use it. Only warning is that dont try going down hills if you arent confident since with this board can get pretty fast pretty quickly. I usually only use it on small hills that Im confident on.

> 3 dayAs an old skateboarder, I find this board to be reasonably stable for downhill riding, as well as, land paddling powered with a Braapstik land paddle. As a man well into his 60s, I enjoy being able to stay fit and have fun at the same time, and this board suits my requirements for the moment.

Greater than one weekOutstanding board for the price. Im a beginner and this board was forgiving yet capable. It turns really well with the trucks being just stiff enough for me (Im 175lbs). Because it is so stable, Im already learning how to move my feet around to carve better turns or get more speed while pushing. The bearings are very smooth btw, almost too smooth for a complete beginner. The board shot out from under me the first time I tried it. Once I got used to it though, I appreciated how easy it was to keep the wheels rolling. I could even carve little turns to build speed, based on the tuning of the trucks relative to the boards flexibility and bearings smoothness. Also yes, it really is 6.6lbs, very light and convenient.

> 3 dayA friend introduced me to longboarding, so I decided to get my own board. I bought the same board that they had, and it is great. I didnt have to make any changes to the board when it arrives, and it rides smoothly and turns well. One of my roommates bought the same board that I did, and his has started making a loud clicking sound. I dont know much about longboards, but Im assuming that it can be easily fixed. I have not had any problems with mine. My other roommate bought a different board in a similar price range, and I prefer this board over his. I primarily use it to go to classes and it gets the job done.

08-06-2025Let’s make this clear from the start, I am in no way a long time boarder or skater. I am simply a Dad trying to keep up with his kids. I was never great at riding any kind of board, but after trying out my daughters long board I was hooked. I had to go out and find my own. This board does the job and more. I chose the drop through to give me a little more confidence since I am new to the game. I found the board very easy to ride. This board came with way better trucks, wheels, and bearings than my daughters that was at the same price point. The wheels are soft, but they roll very well over cracks and rocks. The board itself does have some flex, but has kept by confidence even at 200 lbs. The board has given me enough confidence that I have been pushing my ability to try out some moderate hills. Because the wheels are soft, I don’t recommend wheel braking with shoes. The wheels do wear pretty quickly if you do this. I have purchased a speed brake that has made this board even more fun. I use a FrogStop braking system that works great. The wheels seem to hold up great with this system. Overall, this board is great for this price. I plan on purchasing another model for my son. Some reviewers mention some quality issues with the grip tape and defects. My board had no defects or blemishes on arrival. The grip tape has held up fine. I have the strip grapics with a bare wood center strip.

> 3 daythis skateboard goes fast down hills, its not to jerky, and it is stable! just the way I like. For beginners i would say get something smoother and not as fast, for indeterminate or advanced i would recommend getting g this! :)

> 3 dayThis is an awesome board for the price! I have had it a little over a month and put at least 100 miles on this thing, it is a joy to ride. There are some things that it requires - lubing the bearings, adjusting the trucks, lubing the bearings again, but for the price it is totally worth it. I live on an island in the Caribbean and this is now my preferred form of transportation when I am by myself. I would not recommend for higher speeds because it gets a little unstable above 35 mph, but for just kicking around town it is a blast and you cant beat the price. One negative thing for me is that the wheels a super grippy - I was hoping to be able to drift corners. The wheels are nice for riding rough pavement - most of the island is a bit sketchy but this board does great. I will most likely be buying a few more for friends that have tried my board and love it.
