Love the headset feel comfortable and its a upgrade from the older model. Love the color black so I got a black one. Sound quality is good great for online gaming and battle Royale games.

I’ve been using a pair of high end ($80) turtle beach headsets for a while. Thought the value and sound for what you get was great but it wasn’t wireless

Not too bad, they are comfortable and work. I am not sure if it is the game or the headset but I was looking for more footsteps and telling directions better. It does this, dont get me wrong, I just thought it might be more sensitive is all.

I switched from 12 years of being an Xbox fan. Sony just nailed everything from the PS5 console to every accessory including the 3D pulse headset. It is so comfortable, connected flawlessly, great button option to increase chat volume vs gaming volume and all other button options I need. I was playing call of duty Cold War and the sounds I hear I have never heard from my sound system, which I have very nice difinitive speaker setup but still the headset gave me a spectacular sound experience. Every accessory from Sony with the PS5 is amazing, unlike the Xbox still using AA batteries for their controllers, and where everything is buggy and such a pain user experience like any other Microsoft products including their windows 10!

I have owned EVERY official Sony PlayStation wireless stereo headset and this is how ALL of them ALWAYS end in about a year or less. Stop buying these cheaply made overpriced products. Sony should be ashamed of this.
